Uniform

 

School Clothing

Branded school uniform is available to be purchased at 'Crested Schoolwear' located in the Wolverhampton Wulfrun Centre. You may also order online via the shop's website www.crestedschoolwear.co.uk. Non branded uniform can be purchased from most retail shops and supermarkets. A nearly new uniform is often available in school, please ask at the school office for further details. Second hand uniform is also available at the Free Uniform Swap Shop based at St Columba's URC, Castlecroft Road, Finchfield, Wolverhampton.

 

We encourage children to wear the following school clothing:

  • White blouse, white shirt or white polo shirt - required - non branded item accepted
  • Green jumper, cardigan or sweatshirt - required - branded & non branded item accepted
  • Grey pinafore dress or skirt, grey trousers - required - non branded item accepted
  • Green tie with narrow yellow stripes (to be worn with a shirt only) - optional
  • Green, grey or white socks or tights - required - non branded item accepted
  • Dresses for summer green or yellow/white check - optional

 

School Footwear

Sensible, flat dark shoes are most suitable for school - required - non branded accepted

Trainers, high heeled, sling backs, fashion shoes and boots should not be worn in school.

 

P.E Kit

Children need green shorts and a white t-shirt. During the colder weather, children may wear tracksuit bottoms and sweatshirts if they are taking part in P.E. outdoors. P.E. kit is available to purchase from school.

 

  • Emerald Green Shorts - required -  Non branded item accepted
  • White Logo t-shirt - required - branded item accepted - from September 2023 school provides every new starter with 1 t-shirt
  • Dark tracksuit bottoms & sweatshirts - optional - Non branded item accepted - to be purchased from any high street retailer or supermarket
  • Black slip-on pumps for Foundation Stage and KS1 and trainers for KS2 - Required - Non branded accepted - to be purchased from any high street retailer or supermarket

 

It is expected that children are sensibly dressed for school. Wearing St. Michael's uniform looks smart and contributes to a sense of belonging and fosters a feeling of pride. We hope that you will support us and encourage your child to wear the school colours.
